1. What We Collect

(a) Account data: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email, and avatar. (b) Usage data: prompts you submit, model selected, generation timestamps, and IP address (for quota and abuse prevention). (c) Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe; we store only the transaction ID, amount, payment status, and email — we never see or store card numbers.

2. How We Use Data

To provide and maintain the Service, process payments, credit purchases, enforce quotas and security, respond to support requests, improve service quality, and comply with legal obligations.

3. What We Don't Do

We do not sell your personal data, do not use it for third-party advertising, and do not use your prompts or generated images to train our own AI models.

4. Third Parties

We rely on these third-party services: Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Lovable Cloud / Supabase (data storage), and the Lovable AI Gateway and its underlying model providers (image generation, e.g. Google Gemini). Your data is handled according to each provider's privacy policy.

5. Storage and Security

Data is stored in a database protected by Row-Level Security. Traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. While we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, no internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

6. Retention

Account and transaction records are retained for 90 days after account deletion to meet accounting and tax requirements. Generation history is retained for at least 12 months. Images from anonymous sessions are automatically purged on a rolling basis.

7. Your Rights

8. Cookies

We only use cookies that are necessary to maintain your session and core functionality. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13. If we discover we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
