1. Service Overview

Bible Story Illustration Workshop (the “Service”) is an online AI illustration tool intended for personal, church, educational, and commercial use. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

Google sign-in is required to purchase credits or access certain features. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity carried out through it.

3. Credits

Credits are in-app units used to generate AI illustrations. Standard models cost 1 credit per image; Pro high-quality models cost 3 credits per image. Credits are credited instantly on purchase, never expire, are tied to your account, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. A daily free quota is also provided.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe and support credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD); international cards may incur currency conversion fees charged by the issuing bank, which are the user's responsibility.

5. Refunds

Because credits are usable immediately upon purchase, refunds are generally not offered. If you experience duplicate charges, system errors, or credits that fail to appear, contact us by email within 30 days of payment; we will reissue credits or refund the charge after verification.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, infringing, sexual, hateful, misleading, or harmful to minors. We reserve the right to refuse requests, remove content, or suspend accounts. Generated content must also comply with the underlying AI model provider's terms (e.g. Google).

7. Content Rights

You retain usage rights to the illustrations you generate and may use them for personal, church, educational, or commercial purposes. We claim no proprietary rights over your output, but reserve the right to analyse aggregated, anonymised usage data to improve the Service.

8. Changes and Termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. If the Service is permanently discontinued, any purchased but unused credits will be refunded on a pro-rata basis of their purchase price.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy, fitness for any particular purpose, or theological correctness. We are not liable for any loss arising from use or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
